EVA Film Products: EVA film for Glass Lamination
Dear Sir I have got your contact from web surching. We are involve with Glass lamination business last 11 years in our country. Our Company Name is Datacom Design Source. We used do the lamination with resin base solution. As you know the PVB techonology needs enough quantaty of glass at a time but the order is not that much for a single shot. We also do bend glass, Slumped, Fussion, Engraved, & other process of glass. We also do the colour lamination glass, to mixed the pigment with the resin solution but the difficult part is, it difficult to keep the colour same in batch to batch, I mean batch to batch it varies the colour. So I am interested with your EVA film tecnology to meet the demand of our colour lamination glass . Do you sell the colour EVA film? If yes, in that case what is the price of that? It comes in which forms, roll wise or anything else? Do I need any machinaries to make this glass.How many colour you have so far? It will be highly appriciate if you send me the detail about the EVA film technology to update myself. Used for making laminated glass interlayer film. EVA film is translucency, have light pattern on the surface before heat. After heated it became very transparency and best adhesive which adhibit two glass and fabric together. EVA is better than PVB on the function of absorb Water, ultraviolet radiation and heat-resistant. It has great stability when long time use it inside or outside environment.
