F·RSTR backsheet BEF-302 is a multi-layered film designed for Photovoltaic modules. BEF-302 is manufactured by the new process of lamination, about which there are a layer of polyester and two layers of PVDF films. PVDF films are well known to have exceptional resistance to degradation, so BEF-302’s weatherability far exceeds that of nonfluorinated materials. The layer construction of BEF-302 is so stable to undelaminate at long-term outdoor. The particular treated technology of surface is used at the inner surface of BEF-302. there are two effects, one of which is BEF-302 owns the high peel strength to most EVA films, especially to F·RSTTM EVA F806. Another effect is making the backsheet higher light-reflectivity to increase the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar modules.
