　　1. Do a test on compatibility and adhesive property before using.

　　2. Com B should not contact the air for long time because it will react with water in the air.

　　1. For good adhesion, the surface must be clean and dry without dust. Special materials (such as copper, polycarbonate, polypropylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc.) need compatibility test before using to determine the preprocessing method for good adhesive property.

　　2. In case of limited access to air or low humidity, curing time will be extended.

　　3. Masking tape should be used for preventing contamination and be got rid of after sealing.

　　★ Curing Time:

　　Sealant will be cured inwards after surface curing. Within 24h curing depth will be about 2mm~4mm. Curing time will be extended in the deeper inside air-limited part. Low temperature and low humidity will also lead to curing time extension. It is recommended that users should be patient and give enough time for the sealant curing completeness before handling and packaging the bonded parts. The curing time depends on multiple factors, and should be determined by the specific purpose of sealant.

　　★ Restriction:

　　Not applicable in the following circumstances:

　　Any building materials exuding grease, plasticizer or solvent.

The lay-up section is one of the key parts of the laminated glass production line. It should be installed in the dehumidified, thermostatic and clean room. The positioning, PVB film paving and transmission of laminated glass can be accomplished by this section.

The lay-up section is made up of three separated driving conveyors, that is, positioning conveyor I, positioning conveyor II and transitional conveyor. The whole line is controlled by PLC which features that velocity difference among washing machine, lay-up section and prepress machine could be coordinated. In real production, the speed of lay-up section and prepress machine is slower than that of washing machine, so the whole line doesn’t run at the same speed. If the production line runs at the same speed, only the slowest speed is available. In that case, it will be of low production efficiency, but frequency conversion solves this problem and improves productivity.

The automatic walking suction lifting frame is suitable for glass bigger than 500X500mm, the vavle used in suction plate is from Germany.
