SkyJet High-Speed Cylinder Printer
SKYJET Cylinder Printer is a productive, high speed and single sided printer, which has features of unique structure, stable controlling, simple handling and convenient maintenance. It can keep working for 24 hours, 70m2/h of high output with 3Pass, high quality and high stability of manufacturing process.
Printing width of 3200mm and 5000mm are available and printing resolution up to 720DPI. It meets the end users demands of large orders, large format printing, and fast delivery as a leader in printing field.
Having started installation of a SKYJET Cylinder printer in 2001, it has been served customers for 7 years, and printhead number and control system have been upgraded once.
Arc-shaped printing: The arc-shaped printing structure that media wraps on single roller without press points and printheads on an arc-shaped board is the patent technology of SKYJET. When it is printing, the media does not plait, scrap printhead and deflect. There is only 2mm distance between print head and media which ensure higher printing resolution than parallel structure, especially when printheads are over used.
Feeding-media ability: The feeding structure on single roller has features of strong friction, long feeding moment, high accurate feeding, and the format error of joint on images is less than 0.5%, and is easy to win well-proportioned and accordant-length images than wheel press driving structures.
Heavy body structure: The wallboard structure has strong intensity, less deformation, and ensuring printing stability, with the Japanese Panasonic servo motor and the Germany Berger Lahr step motor 3.7N, can meet printing demands of large movement, high speed, the whole machine has 5-year life span.
Potential upgrade: Printhead number and system can be upgraded potentially that will give customers multiple options, which not only save customers costs of investment but give attention to development in the future. It kills two birds with one stone.
