GLASS Sealant for EVA LAMINATED GLASS

In the actual application, the safety laminated glass usually needs sealant to join the seam. In practical, some kinds of glass sealant may cause adverse reaction with the (Ethylene-vinyl acetate)EVA interlayer film, including de-lamination, bubble or blackening around the laminated glass; or some oil paints will also produce the above-mentioned adverse reaction with Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Film. Therefore, we suggest customers inquire and examine the quality of the glass sealant before selection, and make sure that the sealant ready to be used will not lead to adverse reaction to the laminated glass before mass application. A recommended sealant is Toshiba Neutral Climate-resistant Sealant”, with No. 381. We shall not be responsible for any adverse reaction or loss caused by the sealant that has been misused.

CHECK EVA INTERLAYER FILM WHEN RECEIVE FROM TRANSPORTATION

When receiving EVA films from the transportation company, customers must examine the outer package and check whether it’s intact or whether it’s contaminated by rain or other pollutant source. If contamination is found, customers should negotiate in time with the transportation company, and also inform our sales at the same time. It will be very difficult to ask for compensation from the transportation company if the problem is found after the EVA films have been accepted.

CHECK LABELS OF GLASS EVA FILM

The item name and number on the outer package of GLASS EVA FILM must be checked before the package is opened.; only after they are confirmed to be correct can the GLASS EVA films be used. MINOR HOLES ON THE LAMINATION EVA FILM

A few minor holes on the LAMINATION EVA Films are created when the film quality was examined, and they will not adversely affect the normal application of the LAMINATION EVA films. But the LAMINATION EVA films should not be used if the holes are big and numerous, or other unwonted situation is found. For the problem, customers should contact LAMINATION EVA FILM MANUFACTURER immediately. The manufacturers shall not be liable for the loss due to the blind production.
