EVA Vacuum Glass Laminating Machine Operation Attention:

⑴Motor must run positive, if in reverse, it must reconnect the wire.

⑵Adjust the wind ban to make the circle wind equality.

⑶Electricity box must controlled by the operator and when checking the box, the power must be cut off.

⑷When the temperature of the furnace higher then normal, the operator cannot go into the furnace

⑸Must change the oil time to time.

⑺Put the vacuum pump to the dry and aeration place.

About laminate glass with Ethylene-vinyl acetate EVA Interlayer Film

⑴Don’t put different thickness of glass into the furnace one time, the thinner glass the keeping high temperature can be shorter, the thicker glass, the keeping high temperature can be longer.

⑵Different thickness of the color materials must use different thickness of Ethylene-vinyl acetate EVA Interlayer Film. Thin one can use 0.25mm EVA film, thick one can use 0.38mm EVA film.

⑶EN EVA film become soft temperature is 70℃, then 90℃ start thawing, 110℃ reach dissolve estate. When the temperature catch 130℃ and keep it 40minutes, ENEthylene-vinyl acetate EVA Interlayer Film temperature may reach 125℃.

⑸Different thickness of EN EVA film, the upgrade temperature fluidity is different, the thicker film, the fluidity is larger. When you operate the machine, you can adjust the time and adjust the temperature to control.

⑹Try to use good quality float glass to make laminate glass. If you use tempering glass, but the flat level is bad, you must use thickerEthylene-vinyl acetate EVA Interlayer Film to pile up so that to keep the laminated quality. Flat level bad glass may make air bladder on the surface of the glass, or cannot make laminated successfully.

Control process setting: first set the technology data to the control plane, as picture below:

7. lower glass temperature, at that time the temperature reach 130℃, then open the door, temperature lower sharply, when the temperature lower to 80~90℃, use fan to blow wind into the machine, make the temperature reach 40℃~50℃, then stop the lower temperature process, take out the glass. During lowering the temperature procedure, please don’t close down the vacuum pump.
